CLUB STANDARDS

WHETHER MEMBER OR GUEST, WE ASK THAT YOU ABIDE BY THE ELEVATED STANDARDS THAT SET US APART

BE A GOOD TEAMMATE:

Allow others to work in with you.
Share  – the space, the equipment, the good will.
Be mindful of your time on equipment.
Put everything back in its place.

CLASS MVP:

Sign up on the Ethos app.
Scan in @ the front.
Be on time.
Wait if you’re on the waitlist.
Cancel @ least 8 hrs ahead of time to free up your spot [& avoid late cancel fee].

DO YOUR PART:

Be good to the environment & your Team by minimizing towel use & shower time.
Please pick up after yourself – towels, trash & belongings.

STEAM & SAUNA 101:

Our sauna & steam should feel like an oasis. Keep these areas free from food, grooming & training shoes. Please be respectful of others members & at minimum, wear a towel for coverage.

SAFE & SOUND:

Do not leave your valuables unattended in the open gym, cafe or locker rooms. Please use common sense & lock your locker.

QUIET RIOT:

Use earbuds – not your speakerphone – in all areas.
Refrain from cell phone & video calls in the locker room.
Avoid disruptive noises & lingering outside the yoga room when class is in session.
Use crash pads when dropping weights from overhead.

PHOTO POLICY:

Use of professional cameras & equipment [tripods] is prohibited in all areas of the Club, without prior consent.
Refrain from photos, videos & audio of other members, unless working out together.
We prioritize safety, privacy & Club experience, so the only individuals authorized to take pictures of members are Ethos Team.

INTEGRITY:

Ethos trainers, coaches & front desk are here to create a positive wellness experience. Respect their roles & time. Members & guests cannot conduct personal or online training in the Club or solicit for any 3rd party business.
