Balance
What excites me most about my profession? I get so excited to share what I’ve learned through my wellness journey with others. I love watching things “click” for people, whether that’s a new movement or skill, a tool for self development, or a quote that’s exactly what they needed in that moment.
One piece of wellness advice that I actively follow:
I am learning that there is an art to balance. With effort, there always needs to be ease, with intensity, softness. Finding the line between these two in all aspects of health including mental, physical, nutritional, etc is key.
