CLUB STANDARDS & POLICIES

LOCKER ROOMS:

  • 2 towels max, per visit.
  • Lock your locker + do not leave valuables unattended.
  • Clean up after yourself – towels, trash + belongings.
  • Respect privacy: No photos that include other members or interfere with their experience. No calls, videos or speaker phone use.
  • Sauna + steam: No shoes or technology. Keep all devices in your locker. At minimum, sit on a sweat towel + wear a towel for full coverage.

CLASSES:

  • Use the EAC app to manage all bookings + cancellations.
  • Scan in @ the front + be on time to keep your spot.
  • Doors to the Yoga Room + Deep End lock 5 min after class start time.
  • Cancel @ least 4 hrs ahead of class start time to avoid $25 late cancel fee.

CLUB:

  • Be aware of the amount of space + equipment you use. Do not linger on your phone, on the turf or on the equipment.
  • Shoes and/or socks REQUIRED in all areas except the locker room + Deep End. Please do not go barefoot in the Club.
  • Wipe down + return all equipment.
  • No ball slams or loud noises across from Yoga Room (“Earned” wall).
  • No speaker phone use in the cafe or anywhere in Club. Be mindful of your voice levels in all calls.
  • Members + guests cannot conduct personal or online training in the Club, or solicit for any 3rd party business.

MEMBERSHIP AGE RESTRICTION:

  • 14 – 18 years old: A parent must sign both the EAC Liability Waiver and EAC Membership Agreement for a minor’s independent Club use. An active Ethos Membership or day pass is required.
  • Under 14 years old: A parent must sign both the EAC Liability Waiver and EAC Membership Agreement for a minor’s supervised Club use.  The minor must be accompanied by a parent / guardian / Ethos Trainer at all times + be actively working out with the designated person in order to use the Club. An active Ethos Membership or day pass is required. 

MINORS:

  • For the safety and protection of all, minors under 14 may not be left unattended in any area of Ethos Athletic Club, to include, but not limited to the cafe/lobby area, locker rooms, Open Gym, etc. 
  • At this time, we do not offer childcare – if you must bring your child to Ethos, we require that they have pre-arranged adult supervision + remain in the cafe/lobby area. 
  • Children are not allowed past the Open Gym doors unless they meet the Membership Age Restrictions listed above.

PHOTOS:

  • Professional cameras + equipment [tripods] are prohibited in all areas of the Club, without prior consent. Professional inquiries, email: heidi@ethosathleticclub.com
  • Refrain from photos, videos + audio of other members, unless working out together.
  • We prioritize safety, privacy + Club experience, so the only individuals authorized to take photos/video are Ethos Team.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES:

  • Commitment: You must fulfill 3 months of total payment before requesting termination.
  • 30-Day Notice: Should you choose to terminate your membership at any point, we require a 30-day written notice + the completion of one final membership charge. Complete this Membership Adjustment Form 30 days prior to your monthly membership draft date. Should you return, it will be at the current Ethos membership rate.
  • Suspension: You can suspend your membership for a fee of $30 per every 30 days. Complete this Membership Adjustment Form. No calls, please.
  • Couples Membership: These membership rates are reserved for significant others in a domestic partnership + immediate family members ONLY. You must complete the Membership Adjustment Form with the name of the person sharing the membership + their relation to you. No swaps can be made.
