Membership: The Fine Print
3-Month Commitment: You must fulfill 3 months of total payment before requesting termination.
30-Day Notice Policy: Should you choose to terminate your membership at any point, a written request must be sent to [email protected] 30 days prior to your monthly membership draft date.
Suspension Policy: You can suspend your membership for a total of 30 days (no more, no less) once in a 12-month period for a $30 fee. A written notice with requested suspension date must be sent to [email protected]. No calls, please.
Couples Membership Policy: These membership rates are reserved for significant others & immediate family members ONLY. You must email [email protected] with the name of the person sharing the membership & their relation to you. No swaps can be made.
