EDGEA TOTAL WELLNESS PROGRAM
WHAT IS EDGE?
EDGE is a fully scaled 12-week strength & conditioning program designed to challenge & elicit adaptive change. With multiple small group training sessions each week, as well as prescribed guidance for individual days, you will build the foundation to move & perform at your optimal level.

Phase IV Class Times: T - TH: 5:30AM, 7AM, + 5:15PM; SAT Conditioning: 8 + 9AM
Tier I: Weekly programmed sessions in a small group training setting, dedicated equipment/facility use, in-app programming, coaching & education, Inbody scan use & interpretation, unlimited access to all Ethos classes.
Tier II: all of the above, plus NUTRITION. Receive nutrition coaching, programming & weekly check-ins with the coaches, plus one month of programming following the conclusion of Edge.
